Thread

 

 I will provide Glide thread -its a polyester thread – this generally blends with most of the quilt colors.  I will use the same color thread in the top and in the bobbin most of the time.  

This means if the front of your quilt and the back of your quilt is drastically different colors, they are quilting may show up more your backing.  Ie a plain black/dark backing with a light-colored top will have stitching show up a great deal!

I will pay attention to the front of the quilt with some consideration to the back if I’m able to – for example I have a fine thread that I can use in the bobbin that blends nicely.
